The VVBGA is a non-profit organization founded in 1976 to promote the economic, environmental and social sustainability of vegetable and berry farming in Vermont!

Our membership includes over 325 farms across Vermont, and beyond, as well as 50+ businesses and organizations that provide products and services of all types to our members.

VVBGA offers two types of Membership:

Member benefits include:

Memberships are per farm, per calendar year. Annual dues are set by the board of directors; these funds pay for the VVBGA's operating costs, and support educational programs and research projects.

For 2021, dues are $60 per farm, increasing to $70 after January 31. It is optional to enroll in CAPS to earn produce safety accreditation, for $100 per farm. Reduced dues are available if the regular rates pose a financial hardship to you.

Donations to VVBGA’s Research and Extension Fund are encouraged! These funds support projects that address vegetable and berry farm issues around agricultural engineering, high tunnel production, pest management, produce safety, and soil health.  VVBGA support helps leverage other grant funds by showing that growers have skin in the game.

Many thanks to our Annual Meeting sponsors for making it possible to offer the event at no charge to all members of the VVBGA!
